At Coconutify, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

Item is unused and in original packaging
Item is not damaged or altered
Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

Used or washed items
Custom engraved or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
 
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with:

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

 
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
 
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

 
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

 
7. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
