Coconutify Refund & Returns Policy

At Coconutify, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our eco-friendly household and personal care products.

Strict No-Refund & All Sales Final Policy : 
Due to the sanitary and hygienic nature of our products (including natural coconut kitchen scrubbers, cleaning pads, and bath loofahs), we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for change-of-mind, buyer's remorse, or accidental purchases. Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or reuse cleaning tools that have left our fulfillment facilities, ensuring that every customer receives 100% brand-new, sanitary products.

Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there is an issue, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
 1. Your order number.
 2. Clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received.

Once our team verifies the issue, we will immediately issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a brand-new replacement package at no extra cost to you. You will not be required to mail the damaged item back to us.

Order Cancellations
Because we utilize an automated fulfillment network to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your cart, shipping address, and quantities carefully before finalizing your checkout.

Lost Packages
If your package tracking has not updated or your items have not arrived within 45 business days from the date of shipment, the package will officially be deemed lost in transit. In this scenario, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement shipment.
